Barton's Seafood: Oysters app for iPhone and iPad

Seafood expert Barton Seaver shares his expertise -- from years as a restauranteur, and more recently as a National Geographic Fellow -- in this visually beautiful and useful app. Barton demonstrates how to prepare some of his favorite recipes, with accompanying video as well as interactive instructions for each, and complete ingredient lists (including sharing & email functionality). But this is much more than just a cooking app: included is a documentary short in which Barton (former Esquire Chef of the Year) explores the fabled Hog Island oyster beds of Northern California.
